The Orangetheory location in Shoreline, WA, offers intense workouts that you can customize to your fitness level. Our gym classes make it possible for you to get the comprehensive workout you crave in a time-efficient manner. Professional athletes, parents, students and all busy individuals can benefit from the science-based programs we offer.
In each 60-minute workout, you’ll spend small amounts of time at different stations, changing the exercises you do. As you work your hardest, a big screen displays your heart rate and your calories burned. For maximum benefits, the goal is to keep your heart rate in the green zone for most of the time; you should then spend 12-20 minutes in the orange and red zones.
Our professional gym trainers will guide you to reach your full potential in each workout. After each session, you’ll receive a performance summary that will let you see the progress you’ve made class after class. We go out of our way to create a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere so that you can feel comfortable throughout your classes. The individual attention our trainers give you will ensure you’re doing the exercises properly.
Whether you’re an expert at exercising or a beginner, you can join our classes. Although each session is intense, our workouts are designed to allow you to work at your own fitness level. Throughout each 60-minute class, we'll guide and encourage you as you work to increase strength, power, and endurance.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
